WHAT WE DO

OCD Management owns, manages, develops, and maintains apartments, office, retail and industrial buildings in the metro Atlanta area. We are able to make decisions quickly and efficiently.

We realize our success depends on our tenants and their level of satisfaction. Our goal is to provide a pleasant, enjoyable and quiet work or residential environment and responding to the needs of our tenants is our top priority. With a fully experienced maintenance staff, we are able to maintain, repair and operate our buildings to the level our tenants expect.

Acquisitions Criteria

We are a long-term oriented company and are interested in properties that will provide stable, long term income. We prefer to acquire well located assets which, over time, provide reasonable and stable returns. We will consider purchasing buildings that require capital in order to be repositioned, land that is ready for development, or stabilized leased buildings.

Patrick O’Connor has been in the Real Estate business for over 40 years. Prior to founding OCD Management in 1990, Patrick developed Office and Industrial buildings throughout the greater Atlanta area.
